How to Use a Labyrinth
There is no right way for you to proceed through a labyrinth. What matters is that you bring your most authentic self. Take some time to observe what is in front of you. A common way is walking in silence with a steady pace. You may also dance or even run!
Do not be afraid if you are going to pass someone or if someone is going to pass you. Sometimes people think of Bible verses or of music to keep themselves company. Other times people will embrace the labyrinth as a way to bring their burdens to God. When they reach the center they reflect, and as they leave, they view it as going back out into the world. Take as much or as little time as you like.
